Every tour is built around your group and what you want to do.

For planning purposes, our inclusive five-hour wine tour for 20 to 30 guests during the week typically ranges from $3,000 to $4,000. Transportation and shuttle services start at $2,000 for four hours.

Once we know a bit more about your group, we’ll put together a custom quote based on your vehicle, activities, food, pickup location, and day.

Our red open-air trolley, the Morgan Hill Wine Trolley, seats up to 30 guests, and our white enclosed El Toro Trolley holds up to 20. Both are great for celebrations, team outings, and group events.

Have a bigger group? We can coordinate additional vehicles like limo buses or vans to transport everyone together.

We recommend booking about three months in advance, especially for weekends.

Planning something sooner? Please reach out. If we can make it work, we will.

We take care of catering, so you don’t have to think about it.

For private events, you’re welcome to bring outside food too, especially if you have specific dietary needs.

Wine tours are 21 and over, and pets are not permitted.

ADA service animals are always welcome. We also offer family-friendly, alcohol-free charters like farm tours and karaoke if you’re planning something for guests under the age of 21.

Our El Toro Trolley is ADA accessible and can accommodate two wheelchairs.

Because of its historic design, the open-air Morgan Hill Wine Trolley is not wheelchair accessible. If accessibility is important for your group, let us know and we’ll make sure you’re set up with the right experience.
